Exchanges / Returns
Kingfruit Apparel will happily provide a size exchange where possible, as long as product is in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. Simply contact us through the contact page with your order details, and details on the product you would like to exchange your item for.
Please note that all shipping costs are at the customers expense. This includes not only the postage sending the item back for exchange, but also the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you.
We ask that you include a pre-paid post satchel (available at all auspost offices) in the parcel with the item you wish to exchange, so that the item may be shipped back to you asap.
If a pre-paid satchel is not included, the shipping fee will have to be paid before shipping the exchanged item back out.
Please note that Kingfruit Apparel does not offer Returns. All sales are final, and Kingfruit Apparel will only issue a return/refund if a product is found to be faulty, so please choose carefully.
